Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 14 business days for standard processing and delivery times, and up to 21 business days for made to order items. Delivery can be as soon as 5 business days if items are available in our UK or US warehouses. Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all orders details are correct before completing the checkout process. 

Please note that there are no shipments on weekends or major holidays, and that deliveries can be delayed by up to an additional 14 business days during the holiday sales period due to a high demand. We apologies in advance and appreciate your patience. 

An automated email confirmation will be sent within 10 minutes once orders are placed. Please check your spam email folder if you do not see the email confirmation. Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

PRE-ORDER POLICY:
Items marked as pre-order or made to order will ship once received in our facility. All items are charged at checkout to the payment method provided. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify. Should you have any questions please contact our team at support@liveadih.com.

•    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
•    Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 2-8 day order processing window.

•    Adih  is unable to ship to p.o. box, and apo/fpo addresses. All orders with a p.o. box, or apo/fpo address will be cancelled.
•    Adih London does not collect delivery duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs if any.
